We are a team of passionate and resourceful entrepreneurs and engineers with over 50 years experience developing and financing wind and solar energy opportunities. We are backed by a world class Advisory Board with extensive experience across North American and European energy markets.

Dave Kusnierczyk, P.Eng: several years of renewables development at the executive level and over 25 years of experience in the broader energy business (Amoco, Enterprise Oil, BC Hydro, Fred.Olsen Renewables, Altalink, Berkshire Hathaway Energy Canada). Managed BC Hydro program for IPP power purchasing. B.Sc.Eng (UNB); MBA (Ivey School of Business).

Mark Green: 15 years of wind energy technical consulting and development experience (Zephyr North, Natural Power Consultants, R-Power, Mainstream Renewables).

Dave Berkowitz, P.Eng: 20+ years of clean energy & technology venture capital experience (Ventures West Capital, Motorola, BDC Capital). Director of numerous private and public companies such as Astropower (first solar IPO on Nasdaq), Greenlight, Calisolar, and QuestAir. B.Sc.Eng (Queen’s); MBA (Kellogg).
